I just noticed the other day that the tips of my roosters comb are blueish/purple. It's been around 10degrees F sometimes after dark. I don't really know what I should do, if I should even do anything. Would appreciate some help.
Thanks

Also try and make sure the humidity in the coop is never higher than it is outside, keep bedding is dry and removed poop quickly because it's mostly water and it's adding to the humidity... Also vaseline or lanolin on the comb can help prevent water from building up on the comb causing frostbite... Try not to have any open watering systems in your coop...
Closed nipple waters would be fine but an open heated bucket would be bad...
