My rooster is covered in black rough spots all over face

My rooster has rough black all over his face. What is wrong with him?

I’m positive that’s it’s not drypox. He will be okay as long as he doesn’t get an infection.

Okay. Hes not eating. Hes drinking water but wont eat. Is there anything I can do to make him eating or give him something?

As long as he’s hydrated he’s okay. He’ll eat food if he wants to. If he doesn’t want to eat right now, that’s okay.

I just found him like this today. Hes not bleeding at all. It's just rough black all over his comb, face, and waddles.
