My rooster is... Humping the ground

One of my bachelor pad roosters has a feed sack he "gives his attentions" to. I've considered tossing it several times, but I just don't have the heart :hide

In 50+ years of chicken keeping, I have never seen any thing like that! And I have had a lot of roosters........

Have you guys been letting your roosters watch TV? And now maybe they think is is alright "to come out" ??????

I have only seen it once, I have multiple roosters so sometimes the low guy gets no hens, I have not seen the feed sack thing, though I would enjoy the day worth of laughter from seeing it. The one I saw I thought was having convulsions, it took a moment to realize what was going on.

Now that's funny, poor feed sack, does he drag it around, or does he seek it out, that's a frustrated rooster.

Oh, he seeks it out. It stays in one spot, sort of balled up on the ground. He'll walk up to it, scratch at it a bit, "grab it by the neck" like he would a hen and go to town on it. I may try to get it on video one day, but it'd probably mostly be a shaky video with me laughing my butt off in the background!

Well I'm glad my rooster doesn't do that! Going to town on a seed bag seems a lot worse
