My Rooster is walking very strange??

Looking for some advice on my rooster. A few days ago he started randomly holding up his legs, standing on one. Then he was off by his self a bit. I separated him, looking for injuries on his feet or legs, nothing. He was a little poppy on his rear, but nothing major. I treated him for mites, just in case, & gave him vitamins & protein. Returned to flock. He is eating but is still having problems walking. It's like his legs aren't working properly, like a spastic walk. He holds them up close to his body, & then jerks them down to walk. And they don't seem to go down straight, if that makes sense. I'm at a loss....

Have you checked for lice?

I didn't see any, but yet my eyes aren't as good as they used to be. I would think my other chickens would be affected as well. Nonetheless, I did dust him with Poultry dust, & put 4 drops of Ivermetic pour on on his back.
