Is it pure breed or just a beautiful muttchicken? His legs a yellowish-pink. Too big for Bantam.

Was hoping he was a type of old english game cock or jungle fowl. He and a partridge hen were given to us as our first live stock. He's about 2-3 yrs old. Had 2.5 in. spurs i had to trim after he injured a duck. He's the dominant rooster and keeps watch over his ladies. He chases roosters twice his size. Kinda funny.

Someone please try to identify these Bantams i bought at Sutherlands hardware store: they're about 20 wks old-

fyi the cage they're in was temp we were making a bigger enclosure for several Bantams.

They look like dark Cornish mixes. Their colors aren't quite right and their legs aren't thick enough to be purebred.

They're heavy for their size. Seem to have a fuller breast.

one of them has a slightly more raised comb and more reddened. Could it be a rooster?

The redder colored one looks to be male, the darker one looks to be a female.
