MY ROOSTER STARTED CROWING!!!! HOORAY!!!

Buster crowed his first crow yesterday! I wasn't around, but my sister said so. She said he sounds really weird - but my last rooster, Percival, sounded woird all the time, and we had him for about 5 or 6 months. I'M SOOOOO EXCITED!!!

He is 12 wks on Sunday. He is a BO and I can't wait to be laying in bed and get that wake up call

Our Mr. Fancypants started crowing a couple of weeks ago. At first it sounded like that 'talking' dog from the old TV commercial, saying "I love you". Just this week he began using all 4 syllables.
He seems to like my wife (who can imitate him quite convincingly) and starts clucking when she's around.

Here he is - standard buff Cochin, Mr. Fancypants.

We were just saying how we actually LIKE the sound of him crowing, and it is WAY quieter than the neighbor's new hound dog puppies.
