my rooster's comb looks funny

my rooster's comb turns a blue color and he has been doing it for a while but can i make him stop somehow

I believe it means lack of oxygen in the blood. Not a good sign of so.

Bluish/purple tinge to comb can be from many causes,such as;hormones,cold,stress,illness,plugged nares and respiratory/circulatory issues.

I see this with my boys and it usually means that they are ticked off about something or hormonal.

but not the hole comb just the tips and the back of the comb he should be somwere from 2 or 3 years old

What was he doing when you noticed tinge to comb? Any signs of breathing difficulties? Any wheezing/coughing?

and he has some scaly looking feet that feathers try to pop up on but he does not have a illness

no just being a rooster like crowing

Just keep an eye on him,if he is eating/drinking and pooping normal,and there is no indication of respiratory issues then do not worry as i have seen this hundreds of times.

Check his nares to rule out impacted feed.
