My roosters lay eggs !!!

My roo sits in the egg box and croons sometimes. But, he has never laid an egg. I would totally get me a basilisk if he did!!!!! My sister has a pet giant tropical frog... I think that would work.

That is a keeper for a rooster. My rooster will also join in the ladies egg song after each on lays their egg

I really had no idea it was possible for a rooster to lay an egg. I was told last night that some chickens are hermaphrodites and perhaps that is why my EE doesn't lay. Very odd.

Yup. That's why all my cockerels went to the big soup kettle in the sky last fall. They were all just a bit pushy with the ladies. To be fair, the one really had it in for my little girl too. He was real nice 'til I dispatched his "socially imperfect" brothers, then he became a bigger Jackwagon than all of his brothers.
