Hi all, my 5 month old girl laid this soft egg today. I took a photo and then swept it up but then noticed on the photo what potentially could be a worm? Does anyone think it is? Do the worms appear in eggs or just in poop? First time bird Mom! Thanks in advance.

It is hard to tell if its a worm, or if its part of the egg material. Did you happen to "dissect" the yolk and find out? Waterfowl generally don't suffer from worms. Is the duck in question acting fine? Do you have any more pictures of her poop?
