I made the bread once and it was the easiest ever. I worked many years in a bakery and it was better and easier than their basic white. I am going to make more today, using half white and half wheat. BTW, the rising phase is also called "proofing", just to make it even more confusing!

I may try the cinnamon rolls, yours look fabulous! Thanks for posting the pics!

If it wasn't for gumpsgirl's recipe looking so easy, I'd have even tried!

How long are you supposed to knead the bread for anyways? I only did it for like 5 minutes... and it felt like the dough just kept eating up more and more flour?
