My Serama hen laid Salt-Cured Egg Yolk

She laid only a yolk that looks like a Salt-Cured Egg Yolk.
Of course what was on it was not salt (or sugar, like a candied egg yolk) but... what could it be ? Worms ?
I searched the web and didn't find anything.

She goes to the nest, stays 1hour, gets out singing like she laid
 
Here is the picture. I didn't post it because it is really like a salt-cured egg. It is on a dead leaf

From the color, I am guessing, yes, guessing, that it's not yolk but tissue sloughed off from the oviduct. Since your hen's behavior is normal, I would just watch for more of these. That could signal infection and would call for an oral antibiotic.

However, it's not normal for a hen to spend an hour in the nest without producing an egg. She likely has the urge to lay from sensations produced in her cloaca, but something may be preventing it, so watch for her behavior to change. That could signal that she's egg-bound.
