My silkie mix's foot is bleeding!

My silkie mix has a spot on her far toe that is bleeding. It almost looks like it was recent, and as if one of the rosters tried to pluck the feather out. How do I treat it?

the toe closest to the camera is bleeding, but the blood is hidden by feathers. can I cut them if i wrap her toe?

The foot that is being lifted up has some visible blood in both pictures.

Yes you can cut the feathers they will regrow eventually. Where exactly is the blood coming from? She could have also chipped her toe nail which can cause the quick to break.
