my silkies are hatchingUPDATE

I have 3 silkies sitting on one nest of 24 eggs. 1 egg is just now pipping and the other I can see most of its head. I am so excited. I can't wait to have babies again

we have 2 right now....not sure of the color but they are dark...

as of this morning I only havt 2. they look like mini barred rock chicks with black bee=aks and legs and feathered legs. I guess my barred rock roo got to my hens.. ooops

I have 3 babies now 2 black and1 gray. I had to take them away from momma. one got out of the coop and my duck(some stupid donkey broke all her eggs) had him at my back porch. she is so mad that I took her baby away from her. she was protecting it from my dogs. still have about 18 eggs they are still sitting on
