My heart fills with joy for you. My youngest also served a tour in Iraq and finished the tour and his army service at the same time and also came home right before Christmas three years ago. I was so thrilled and felt so blessed that we took the entire family of 5 grown kids, their spouses, their kids, and my parents and we all went on a cruise which had us on the beach in Mexico on Christmas Eve day and back in our home port early Christmas morning. It was the best Christmas ever with everyone spending a whole week together after having spent so many holidays without him. Unfortunately, though he is in the Reserves, they have kept him moving from one place to another with training and he has orders to ship out again right after the holidays this year.

I pray for all of our men and women serving our country.
