(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
Yes... Friday from Atwoods.
(Lemon, Honey, BBQ, GT (general taoie), Soy, Sesame)
(2) How many chickens do you have right now? 6
(3) What breeds do you have?
Cottonball variety? Lol we shall see.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
I think having fresh eggs will be nice but really I'm letting my son do this.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Crocheting, painting, collecting different animals for my kids and than end up taking over.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
There are 5 of us, we just bought a mini farm, we currently have a crested Gecko, painted quail (2), a dog, 2 inside cats, 1 outside cat... and all my neighbors animals too
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
Google search, about 5 months, my youngest has not waivered in wanting chickens.. he's 5 and is taking this very seriously, so to help him i am joining to make sure I don't kill the poor fluff balls.
