How old is your little guy and where did you get him, if you don't mind my asking.
He is very young right now to tell much except that he is VERY cute.
A couple of things to look for at a young age are eye color and foot pad color-eyes should be dark and foot pads should be yellow.
Don't know if you wanted that kind of info, just thought I'd share.

hes looking better.. not much feathering coming in
but it has grown from last time i saw it.. hope he starts
darkening on the skin and beak..
