No he doesn't think he's a chicken but he does like the chickens more, I think only because he can grab there feet and yank on them. LOL he can't do that with his brothers and sisters, although I did watch him talk to them and they smacked beaks together, he did this will all NINE ducks. LOL he's a crazy little guy. I did notice one thing though, he's brothers and sisters have there grown up chest feathers, wing feathers are coming and of course the Tail feathers.

This little guy still has fluff. LOL, Perhaps with me taking him outside each day, eating grass and bugs like the others getting more protein in him they will come in soon.. He's not the smallest in the group, I have one little mallard that is about the same size as him only she is longer but that's because she has a tail. LOL

I'm so glad he ended up okay! You are very brave for removing his tail yourself. I would've fainted!

Your actually very brave I would never have had the guts to do what you did .I'm glad your duckling is ok :) well done!
