he was a beautiful rooster! poor cannonball- poor you! give the girls and yourself a hug for me (or 10)

it's always hard on the flock for the only rooster to die. if it makes you feel better, i'd suggest hatching some of the eggs you get today and continue his family line. hugs!!!!

i hate to ask now, but what breed is the hen next to thor in the dustbathing pic? i have a hen who looks just like her.

Gloria Jean you may cry with me...that is all I seem to be able to do today. I miss him so much. I guess I never realized how attached I truly was to him.

The second in command has not even been right today... he is as confused as evryone else. I would give anything to have Thor back.
