My hubby got me the new turner...and I must say that even though it's more convieniant I am HAPPY you pointed out the cooling thing...however atleast in my incubator the eggs top is what stays cool to the touch where as the rest of the egg is okay. And I dont get very even temps around the whole turner to all of the eggs so when I candle I rearrange the outer ones into the inner holes to try and help with this problem while i wait for my cabinet incubator

I agree too about even some chicken eggs not fitting well, I had a funky shaped egg that was developing fine and I can't say if it was because it didnt fit well inthe turner or not but it failed about 14 days in.


I'm bummed the older one wasnt around to choose from I would have been happy to have one that does even temperatures better!!!!!!!
