Next week I'll be getting my first polish chicks. My 12 year old son talked me into them. He loves the poofy heads!

My polish bantam is lovely. She is so tame. She loves cuddles. People say its because she can't see because of her crest but she can. She looks up at me when she has cuddles and crows to be picked up. She has also gone under my arm like its a wing before.

How sweet! Does she actually crow sort of like a rooster? I have a hen who started to crow recently even though there is a rooster in the flock and she still lays eggs. She doesn't crow to be picked up like Bertie though. She seems to crow when she is the only one left in the coop.
