My mama used to say that life is like a beaver colony -- just one "dam" thing after another. It all gets sorted out, eventually. I agree with the others though, that it could be stress.

re: your subject line . . . you weren't the only one involved here, you know.

big big big hugs! i found out #5 was coming for us in april and it was a shocker along with really bad timing. you will get thru this.

Nothing to update yet. The hubby is picking up a test on his way home so I can take it first thing in the morning. The other event is still a no show. I have no idea. I have had one day so far with no getting sick.

Just trying not to think of it .

That's horrible! I think if someone had told me how many kids I should have or not have I would have been apolectic! And asked whether HER mother/father/whoever had told HER how many she was allowed.

Tell dad that he is allowed to determine how many children he will father, but the number you will mother is not something he is even allowed an opinion on!

I am just going to tell them I am gaining weight and pray their vision gets a bit wonky for 10 months. I can't tell anyone I know. Everyone I know, knows someone in my family and they are all big mouths. Can't tell the kids, they tattled on us last time we tried to hide one. I wonder how long I could hide a pregnancy. I would be pretty big during the winter but i could wear huge sweaters too.

Ok I am done rambling, and ranting.

You can get a whole bunch of pregnancy tests at dollar stores for... $1! I JUST found out I'm pregnant with baby #5 too and it also happens to be a stressful time for us. My stress is due to the fact that DH just left for work a continent away... like say, SOUTH AMERICA. LOL. I have kids aged 9, 7, 4 and 2 so I won't be juggling too many babies at once, but it's still A LOT OF KIDS to handle. But on top of the kids I have to run the household on my own for a few months at a time, take care of our animals and be healthy during this pregnancy. I'm not gonna even try and be SANE during the pregnancy, cause Lord knows the hormones and the situation just won't allow for it.

I'm thinking that if it's a girl I'm gonna name her HOLLY, in honor of my reaction, "HOLY $#!T!" I kid! I kid! About the name, not the reaction. LOL When DH heard that coming from the bathroom he got a huge cheesy grin and exclaimed, "I guess we're having baby #5, huh?!" The man couldn't be happier for the soon-to-be fruit of his loins. HAHA

I'm still trying to wrap my brain around the idea.... I'm right there with ya. **breathe in, breathe out**

Yea test said not pregnant. We are relieved and disappointed. Common sense tells us to stop now but our hearts have been screaming another message. The hubby cried a bit too over the results but he said there is only one thing to do now. I need a break so I can relax. I think he may chain me to a lounge chair and make the kids do chicken chores, clean their own rooms, and eat macaroni ( the only thing the hubby can cook). So I guess thats that. We had decided this was the last one. Granted we decided that after our second when we were told it was virtually impossible for me to have more. Two kids later.... Anywho thanks for letting me vent a bit. As stressed as i was about the timing, I would have been really happy with another little one. Heck I can always sleep and relax when I am dead. sigh.

Gratz on your fifth eac04. Holly is not a bad name for a girl. I had a sweet friend named Holly. Bright curly red hair. Man was I jealous of that hair.
