They absolutely are! I only get to see them once a week or so but I see 6 l little heads pop up and look around when they hear me say “cheep cheep!” it’s more than a little adorable. When I pick them up, they settle pretty quickly once it dawns on them that I’m the one holding them. Not a single one shies away from snuggling and being petted. The 6 also tend to roost together on the fence instead of in the roost…but that’s ok. Once a group, always a group I guess.Mine are the same age. Super fun age!
The bonus is that the rest of the flock seems to be more trusting and will allow me to get close now. A few will even take food/treats from me instead of hanging back. The old roosters are getting curious also, and will approach me without any aggression.
