I don't know if you have Dollar Trees where you are, but they carry small air horn cans for a buck. I've been using it on the neighbors goat. It would be worth a try, and something you could do while on the bike.

How much does it cost to repaint a bike?
As for male turkeys not liking blue...my feed bucket is blue and everyone comes running, nice as could be. Perhaps due to my always using it? I have other blue equipment around, and none of the turkeys seem to care.
My understanding is that once toms (or roosters for that matter) turn aggressive, the only cure is having them for a nice dinner.
I wish I had better advice.
Good luck!

Did you always have the bike? Did they always see it?
My tom is still quite young but I can see him getting puffy around new things, so maybe exposure can help alleviate the "blue / red response" or just prevent them from charging anything turkey sized.
Sure it wont help these two soon to be dinners, but it can make sure that the next ones dont follow in the gravy soaked footsteps of their forefathers.
Maybe you can try diversions? Have a blue ball that you toss out in the opposite direction before you ride out of the drive.
Who knows, but at least is a slightly laughable problem
