My TSC special - what is this feather legged banty?

We got two of these little guys/girls at the end of TSC's selling season. The one picture was taken with a standard Fav chick that is about the same age.

They look like Porcelain d'Uccles. May I ask what breed of chicken is in your avatar? She's very pretty.

They appear to have 5 toes, do they? If so they're White Faverolles. I'm not seeing Porcelain colouration.
