My turken roo....

laid an egg about 10 minutes ago. OOPS....anyway that is good news because my 51 chickens are now down to 26 and I need to get them down to 12 before cold weather sets in...and I really wanted to keep the turken even if he was a roo (my other roo is a BO who is a great guy). No wonder they never fought. So, I'm happy.

Isn't it delightful to see an unwanted roo lay an egg?!! It doesn't happen often enough!
