My turkey Chigger has problems...

Chigger is a Bourbon Red. I found him trying to breed one of my Pekin ducks. He had her pinned down and I was worried he'd squash her. I had to push him off her, and the turkey hen was parading around in front of him, but he insists on pursuing the ducks. My husband is hoping for a Turducken.

Either pen the turks seperate from the ducks or get Chigger more hens.

That would be a strange looking bird!!

What is so stange about them? We enjoy eating roast turduckhens quite often on special events and some hollidays. Best tastng fare there is !!!
