MY TURKEY KEEPS CLOSING ITS LEFT EYE AND IS NOT AS ACTIVE

It keeps closing the left eye and is not as active though it still struts around. Only 16 weeks old. Was thinking it may be as a result of an accidental crush or fighting. The other eye is completely fine. What's wrong and what can I do?

It's gotten a lot better now. I finally concluded it an outcome of a fierce fight battle! They have been fighting a lot lately and I think they are trying to establish their order. There nine males and just one female at the moment 22+ weeks now.
