My turkey needs help

Hi, I recently bought some turkey eggs and one of them were struggling to hatch. It was pipped for around a day until I had to crack it out of the egg. It was really exhausted and didn't move for ages. It's around 3 days old now and lays with its legs behind it. It doesn't seem to eat and ive been giving it water with a syringe. It doesn't look healthy and won't walk. It keeps opening its mouth like its gasping for air. It doesn't seem to be getting better and I really need some help please. Any advice would be very helpful.

you can do it yourself with a pair of scissors and a steady hand
