If that didn't work, I would try the enrofloxacin that @fat brown hen suggested. How much does your turkey weigh?

If the turkey is having trouble seeing, you might want to lance the lumps and drain the pus out.

I assume that you have a scale that you can weigh yourself on. Weigh yourself, weigh yourself while holding the turkey. The difference between the 2 weights is how much your turkey weighs.
