Songster
Our flock of chickens has been pruned down to 8, one rooster and 7 hens. Or so I thought. At now around 17 weeks old, I am questioning a few. Our Mr. Doodles is no doubt a rooster with all of the crowing and personality. But several of the hens seem to try and imitate the crows as well. (I know hens can do this as well). And now that more feathers are coming in Am becoming more uncertain. We have “mutts” of sorts. Not sure of the breed. I believe there is some black maran in there with Mr Doodles, Ms? Georgia, and Ms? Specs. I think Falcor and Buttercup are Colombian wyandottes. Now questioning Falcors henship. Ms Peppers is Dominique vs barred rock. And two other definitely girls all black are I think black Australorps.
Any idea?
