my two BOs- different combs but the same otherwise

Is one of these a rooster or is it normal for their

combs to vary so much? They were born March 27th so roughly three and half months old.

I'm thinking you have two pullets at different stages of development, but a profile shot of the bird with the larger comb would help confirm gender.

I have 2 BOs and they resemble yours with the smaller/no comb. this doesn't mean the other one is a rooster for sure, but its possible. from my experience BO hens develop combs much later than other hens do.

I got some better pictures. I'm really perplexed at how developed Rosie's comb and wattles are yet her size and feathering are basically identical to the other BO.
