My very inexpensive coop

Yes, I am concerned about the Red Tails. I see them every now and then. And although I only see them way out over the wild pasture hunting bunnies & mice, I realize that they may come closer to the barnyard if they know that there are young chickens here. But again, I think they stay away from the alpacas. I have 17 alpacas & 3 llamas and I am hoping that a hawk would not want to swoop down around them just because of their size & numbers.
But then again, I may be wrong.
And eventually these hens will be free range and I will just have to wait & see and pray that the hawks leave them alone.

Shoot, I dont live in such a nice house myself! Waaaayy too nice for chickens

I would SUSPEND the feeders and waterers and make a pop hole entrance/exit. Save the window for ventilation and add screens.
I would eliminate any flat surface fixtures in the coop to discourage perching inside and I may have missed it, but did you plan to include a nesting arrangement?
