Baked Breaded Pork Chops
Note: Quantities are approximate. Adjust to taste.
3 c. Italian style bread crumbs.
1/8 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. crushed oregano leaves
1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
3 eggs (I used duck eggs)
5 tbsp. whole milk
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
4 3/4" thick pork chops
Preheat oven to 350° F. Line cookie sheet with foil and grease with butter, shortening, margarine or cooking spray. Combine first 5 ingredients on a plate or shallow pan. Beat eggs with a wisk, add milk and Worcestershire and stir. Coat chops with bread crumb mixture, than egg mixture and than bread crumb mixture again. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes, turn carefully and bake for another 35 minutes.
