My Wellsummer has a bump on her wattle

I noticed a bump on my chickens the day before yesterday. Today it has started to look dried out. It resembles a wart. Is this something I should worry about? None of her flock appear to have anything similar.

It could be the beginnings of Fowl Pox, this is from mosquito or insect bites.
You can apply some Iodine to the scab to help it dry up - don't pick the scab off.
