my wry neck bird is still laying eggs!

My poor silkie has wry neck and today she laid an egg! Is this going to deplete her body even worse or is this a good sign? What do you think?

I have a a hen that has wry neck and she is over a year old and has been laying eggs since she was 30 weeks and is still laying nearly everyday...she will be fine.
