For that reason your vet probably cant approve or recommend. (I doubt many vets would suggest colloidal silver either.) The leg looks bad, but dont give up without trying a different treatment, since the doxy isnt working.

I agree, most vets wouldn't suggest natural or off-use treatments. I got lucky and found an integrative very who is also an avian vet.
I also agree you should try different treatments if what you're doing isn't working. I wish your girl the best of recoveries.
