Mycoplasmosis

I looked around on-line and the only thing I could find was 1/2 cc in the breast , and 1/2 cc sub q for 7-10 days. So I've been giving mine that dose once a day. The state inspector never called me back to answer the dosing question. My birds are doing better. The drainage from the nose has stopped and the rattling in my buff hens chest is almost gone. Tomorrow is day 7.

Carol, I don't think it meant to do both injections. It should be one or the other. The IM injection is preferred because it is more effective. Bet they didn't mention that you shouldn't be doing the injections in the same spot everytime.

I wasn't paying attention or I would have said something sooner.

If you have a vet that will work with you they will help with dosing questions. I know mine does it all of the time.
