So we had 3 hens and 15 chickens, but my dad had bought 3 new hens and 3 new chickens. They were all healthy and all, but when I went to play with the new little rooster (which really likes me now) I saw one of our older hens, which was the healthiest of them three, he was dead. He's.. Idk how you say it in English but the red things, went purple. I called my brother, he tried moving him and poured water onto him, but unfortunately the hen was dead. We looked if a snake or something else bit it. We found no bite marks. He's lungs were completly healthy. What could of went wrong?

I am sorry for your loss.
The red thing...his comb?

How old/young?

You said he was a hen? Hens are girls and roosters a boys.

The red things as in the comb and wattles I assume.

They are used to cool down the body. So maybe did he get too hot? Or too cold? Were his eye open, if they were, did they change color too (turn red, pink, or appear cloudy)?

Female chickens are called pullets until one year of age, then they are called hens.
Male chickens are called cockerels until one year of age, then they are called cocks(or cockbirds or roosters).
Age in weeks or months is always a good thing to note.
