One of my girls laid a shell less egg and this. Any idea what's wrong?

Is she a lines layer? It looks like a shell-less egg and an egg within an egg membrane. Those blips can be seen in a new layer, or if she is having some laying problems. Here is a good article about some of the issues seen with egg shells, and possible causes:

I popped the shell-less egg. There was no eggs inside
