Just to make life more exciting, my adult birds consist of 1 colombian wyandotte (2 1/2 years), 2 partridge rocks and 1 jersey giant rooster (the rocks and roo are 10 months old). My roo is a BIIIIG boy!
5.5 weeks (babies figured out how to get themselves out of see but no touch setup in coop, so adults are babysitting now)
Dominique (has been slooooow to feather)
Sheba (as in Queen of...) the RIR
Helen (of Troy), suspected silver Phoenix
Twerp, guessing either legbar or WTH
1 of 2 white, splashing up blue (may turn black, but not so far), suspect white sapphire?
Cuckoo maran
Welsummer
2 of 2 white with splash
Dorking (unnamed for now, but if goes broody successfully, will be called Mama Bear)
Cheetah, golden penciled Hamburg
Golden wyandotte, 4.5 weeks (neither have been cooperative today)
Silver, my lead hen. She a canny bird and chief nursemaid now. The roo and other 2 hens help, but she does most of the watchfulness. The welsummer and one of the splash are in the background.
