Could it be a d'Uccle/Brahma cross by any chance?

You would still have a beard & muffs. How big is the bird (and age)? Belgians (booted, d'uccle & d'avers) are smaller than brahmas.

I have to say that booted bantam is probably closest, best guess.

It also has yellow legs. Don't Brahmas have yellow legs? and D'Uccles slate?
