Mystery chick--Anyone have ideas on what kind this is?

yeah with the feet been yellow Not a Australorp(sorry).Does seem Jersy Gaint but with egg been small like a silkie she/he is not one of those either.Sorry couldnt give more advice.Good luck and when you find out for sure let us know.It sure is a cutie.

I sure hope it is a bantam, a large bird would not work well with my silkies. We'll see. Thanks for all the replies. if I ever figure out what it is, I will let you know. I'll take more pictures in another month and get opinions then.
Thanks Again!!

What size egg did it hatch from? Regular large or bantam? It does't look like a bantam size to me.

No idea but it's really cute! Please do update when you know!

wait! I looked at your chick again and noticed something unusual, that white area right around the beak and it reminded me of a thread I just read about someone's new chicks! Could it be one of these Minorcas? I read on a hatchery site the egg is white and the hen is 4 lbs, the roo, 5.

Ok, we have silkies but we went to an auction and someone gave my daughter an egg.  She insisted on seeing if it would hatch so we placed it in the incubator.  Memorial Day weekend this is what hatched!!
He or she is just over 2 weeks old, any ideas would be appreciated on what kind and male/female.
Thanks
