Mystery chick: Barred Rock, Dominique or ???

I would say a Dominique... but I'm not that familiar with the breed. But I don;t see a single comb like a Barred Rock or Cuckoo Marans would have.

How can you already tell it has a rose comb? Boy, I am totally new at this. It sure is fun though! Why didn't we get chickens earlier?

Do you all think it is a pullet or cockerel? By what I've read about Dominiques, I am guessing a pullet. I am just guessing with the teeny bit of knowledge I have, so I'm doubtful.

Looks like a pullet, you lucky thing! Maybe not, but I'd almost bet it's a girl. The rose comb is very, very flat is the way I can tell, to the person who asked.

Definately a dominique, and I'd agree, looks like a pullet
