ohh, that is hard to take, but I was beginning to be suspicious.
What are the saddle feather? Across the back and upper part of wings?

I will say, he is not a bully. He has not started to crow. I see no sign of spurs on the inside of legs.
It will be sad to see him go, but we are not allowed roosters inside city limits.
