I do not believe that is a polish. I do not see a vaulted skull for one thing, and it looks nothing like the polish I've had. OP, can you show a photo that includes the chick standing up? Preferably both a full-body profile and a face shot.

well, the leg color tells me it could be polish, but there is no defined 'poof' at the top of the head like polish should get. not all polish get the skull poof btw (my Chickie didn't have one)! usually the bigger the poof as a chick the bigger/better the poof as an adult! i can tell you the color is probably going to be golden!

btw, it looks to have a beard!

I don't want to be the bearer of bad news, but it looks as if your chick has a crossed beak. Does anyone else see that in the close up?
