Mystery chick

I got 6 of these free with my Ideal order (males for warmth). I have no clue what they are. Any ideas? I want to get rid of them, but need to be able to tell people what they are.

could they be RIRs ??? Unless a mystery chick is suppose to be unusual??? Cute tho..

I don't think they are supposed to be unusual, they could be RIRs. They just stick them in to keep the ones I bought warm, so I'm guessing they'd be pretty generic chickens.

Looks like Rhode Island to me too. That's also a breed they would have alot of so it would be a likely choice to send out to be used as a heater.

Maybe they're Production Reds? Have you checked with the hatchery to see what they have? That may be a way, thru elimination, to figure out what you have. Sure is a cutie!!
