I have what I believe is a "sizzle" silkie/frizzle bantam cochin mix: feathered legs, 5 toes, looks primarily bc-ish except for the 5th toe. I don't know if that helps you at all...

I know this is an old post, but could you tell me where you got these and what they turned out to be (frizzle, sizzle?) I bought some frizzles from Privett Hatchery and they sent me four white ones like this, with the five toes, that look like cochins and one actual red frizzle. I thought they got mixed up and sent four cross-bred (possibly) Cochins since they didn't have enough Frizzles to fill the order, but maybe they are the Sizzles? Does that mean they carry the Frizzle gene? If they were bred to a normal-feathered chicken, would any Frizzles appear in the F1 offspring? Thank you for any help. A.
