She's an EE mix. EEs commonly lay other egg colors, such as brown and pink, and mixes are especially prone to it.

I suddenly have a taste for eggs, all that talk. Decisions, decisions, sunny side up, hard boiled

Some of my pullets have started laying recently so I have been eating the pullet eggs some way every morning. I make an egg omelet pancake I call the kitchen sink and I put everything in with the eggs. The egg customers prefer the larger eggs which is ok with me.
