Based on the feathering my first thought is hen. I have Barred rocks that are a month old. By the time they were a week old I could tell who were the roos. The roos had fuzzy butts and shorter wing feathers. The hens had full wings and tail feathers (or at least the start of tail feathers) when they were just one week old. In alot of breeds, the hens feather faster and the roos combs will devolope faster. The photo on the bottom (with the white-ish chick in front) That pic does look roo-ish based on the comb. The other pics look like hens to me.

Most BR have a yellow dot on top of there head as chicks, and their feathers should have some tell tail signs of the br by now. My BA's didn't get black legs until they were older. Yours look almost greenish. Any chance they are EE's? My EE didn't get there chipmunk cheeks until they were older too! Just guesses. Good luck...cute whatever they are!
