Mystery Chicks, ID?

Can anybody ID these chicks? They're about a month old. They were found in a coop after coyotes wiped out somebody's flock. He gave the chicks to his sister and disappeared without mentioning what breeds of chickens he had. It's possible they have different parents. I'm assuming I've got a hen and a roo here. The hen has such strange chest feathers?

It is possible that these are mixes. They are still young, so you might be surprised about what gender they actually are, though the one with the big comb is most likely male

I think both are probably males, and I wouldn't be surprised if they have game fowl blood. I agree they are probably mixes.
